VHS-FISD Hindi Language Credit Program

Program Overview:
This program is designed for students who are already proficient in Hindi (able to read, write, and speak the language) and wish to earn certification for their skills. It is ideal for students who want to meet academic or cultural requirements for Hindi language proficiency without undergoing formal classes.

Program Levels and Costs:

The program consists of four levels, with certification available upon successful completion of each level.

1. Kaksha 2:

   • 48 hours of lessons + 6 hours of additional instruction
   • Cost: $500 + taxes

2. Kaksha 3:

   • 48 hours of lessons + 6 hours of additional instruction
   • Cost: $500 + taxes

3. Kaksha 4:

   • 48 hours of lessons + 6 hours of additional instruction
   • Cost: $500 + taxes

4. Kaksha MS1:

   • 48 hours of lessons + 6 hours of additional instruction
   • Cost: $500 + taxes

• One-Time Payment:

  • Total: $2000 + taxes (covers all four levels)
  • Classes: Twice a week

• Level-wise Payment:

  • Cost per Level: $500 + taxes
  • Classes: Twice a week

• Monthly Payment:

  • Cost: $139 + taxes
  • Classes: Once a week

Certification for Individual Students

Note: This certification program is exclusively for students who are already proficient in Hindi and do not require formal classes.

• Certification Fee: $15 per student (one-time fee)

Certification Process:

1. Registration: The student registers for the Hindi assessment based on their current level (Kaksha).
2. Assessment: The assessment is conducted online.
3. Completion Deadline: The assessment and certification must be completed within 15 days of registration.
4. Reassessment: If the student does not pass, they can retake the assessment within 15 days for an additional fee of $10.

Local Community Partner Program

Local community organizations, including temples, cultural associations, study centers, and teachers, can collaborate with us to certify a group of students in Hindi. Group registration receives a discounted rate.

Process for Group Certification:

1. Registration: Each student registers for the Hindi assessment according to their level.
2. Online Assessment: The assessment will be fully online.
3. Completion Deadline: The assessment and certification process must be completed within 15 days of registration.
4. Reassessment: If a student fails, they may reappear within 15 days with a $10 fee.

• Combo Packages (discounted rates for multiple levels):

  • Kaksha 2 & 3 Assessments: $199 (earns 1 Hindi Credit)
  • Kaksha 2, 3 & 4 Assessments: $299 (earns Hindi Credit 2)
  • Kaksha 2, 3, 4 & MS1 Assessments (plus final exam): $400 (earns Hindi Credits 1 & 2)
